Bradley G. Wardrop, is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 26 years of experience. He has earn the MAI and SRPA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is a current Licensed Real Estate Broker and has resently been awarded the CCIM designation. He is approved to do form based appraisal that include single family and  FHA loans. He is also qualified to write narrative bases commerical appraisals.    Brad has had several opportunity to testified as an expert witness in cases tried in the State of Arizona.  Brad graduated in 1983 with a B.S., in Finance and a minor in Accounting and Economics from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
